Our alpaca plaids and scarves are made in Peru by skilled and talented weavers. The weaving of alpaca fiber textiles is a tradition that goes back to the Inca era. Alpaca fibers are soft, durable and offer more warmth than other natural fibers. They are smooth, which means that pilling is at the absolute minimum. Textiles woven in alpaca wool will therefore retain a new and soft appearance for a long time.
